Patsy Cline was born and raised in the small town of Winchester, Virginia. So was Radford Wine. His mother related stories of going to school with Patsy (then known as Virginia Hensley) and how they sang together at recess. In 1963, as a little boy, the artist remembers attending the funeral of the singer who rose to fame in the world of country music. Following a tragic plane accident the promising career of the famed vocalist
came to a sudden end. The legend, however, lives on. |
